When do I receive my order? What is the deadline?

​

   For retail purchases - through our website, delivery times for products vary according to the type of shipment chosen by you and the delivery location. To consult them, just put the zip code of your delivery address at the time of purchase and check the terms provided by the carriers. Deadlines are informed by the post office and carrier, and start counting from the approval of the application by the administration of your card. It may take up to 48 working hours for the card issuer to release it.

Purchases made and approved by midnight will be processed from the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed from the first business day following authorization from the credit card company.

   It is worth informing that, in relation to the delivery period, small external unforeseen events may arise that imply possible delays. In such cases, we will notify customers. The carrier may return the order by mail, if there is any situation that makes it difficult to deliver in the region, but the cost is already included in the freight paid by the customer. In situations like this, it might be a little late, okay?

   For purchases of  Wholesale - terms vary according to the purchase date and  collection. We work with production and billing cycles, our wholesale sales are scheduled. Contact us for more information about your expected delivery date, partner carriers and other matters related to this modality. Rest assured, if something unexpected happens, we will contact you immediately.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

   Your security is a priority for Mundo Céu. We do not disclose personal data to other institutions under any circumstances, except in compliance with orders issued by public authorities.

   All of your information that passes through our system - whether it is information related to wholesale or retail stocks, such as personal or business data - is encoded. Operations are encrypted and therefore cannot be read or altered by third parties. Ah! and we only use the information provided by you to provide our services when necessary.

   We receive, collect and store information that you add to our website or otherwise provide to us. In addition, we collect the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login data; email address; password; computer and internet information and purchase history. We may use tools to measure and collect browsing information, including page response times, total time spent on certain pages, page interaction information and the methods used to leave the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, media); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, recommendations and personal profile.  Your credit card number and any other payment information will not remain stored, this only occurs if you choose to buy with 1 click, where the registration information of credit cards chosen by you will be stored in your profile, in secrecy, displaying only the last four numbers on the card. Remembering that only you can have access to the information or change it with a password (just check the item 'safety in the purchase').

   You will have online access to your registration, being able to rectify any information that is wrong at any time. Mundo Céu will not be responsible for verifying or updating the registration, so the correct filling is up to you!
